Day of Surgery

You will be asked to remove your contact lenses prior to you procedure. Please bring your case to properly store your lenses.
Please leave jewelry and valuables at home.
Wear loose, casual, comfortable clothing to fit over dressings.
Please bring Photo ID, Insurance cards, Medicare or Medical Assistance information, numbers and addresses.
You must plan to have someone drive you home. Public transportation and taxis are not suitable.
A friend, relative or caregiver must stay with you for 24 hours after your procedure.
Please contact us if an interpreter is needed for the day of your procedure.
